Carol Volk, legal secretary, legal assistant and right-hand person for each of the Wagner Law lawyers. She is the first person you will meet when entering our office, and the pleasant voice most often answering the phone.  Carol has more than 20 years of law office experience. She knows many of the Court staff as well as support staff for countless local law firms.

Prior to joining the Wagner Law team, Carol was a pastry chef, Assistant Town Clerk of Waltham, and managed a roofing business. Carol continues to create pastries in her spare time. Her culinary talents can be view through her business, “Vermont Lollicakes.”
